We are an Introducer Appointed Representative of Quint Group Limited, who are a credit broker not a lender.My-Personal Loan Introduces customers to Monevo Ltd who are an Appointed Representative of Quint Group Ltd. for the purposes of obtaining a loan. My-Personal Loan does not provide any loan or consumer credit products directly.

Will I definitely be offered the loan term and amount that I need?

We cannot guarantee that you will receive the loan amount that you have applied for as this depends on each customer –  personal circumstances. Monevo do try to match you with the funds and repayment term that you require however, you may be offered an alternative loan amount to give you an option that may at least partially solve your financial needs.

I have a question about a loan I have taken out?

If you have taken a loan with one of the lenders and need to discuss any aspects of the loan you will need to contact them directly as we are unable to discuss your loan account with you.

I have credit problems – can I still apply?

Yes, you can. A lot of the lenders that Monevo work with specialise in helping people even if they have credit problems. They look at your ability to repay in the future rather than your past credit history.

Is My-Personal Loan a lender?

We are not a lender, we work with Monevo’s panel of lenders increasing your chances of getting matched with a lender, and in one short application instead of making multiple applications.

Do you charge Fees?

We do not charge you fees to apply on our website, we may however receive a small fee of commission which is payable by the lender, and not by you!

How much can I borrow?

You can look to borrow between  £100 and  £25,000; the amount a lender offers you will depend on the lender’s assessment of your application and circumstances.

Can I apply for more than one loan?

We would not recommend that you take out more than one loan in each time. Most lenders will require that you pay off any existing loan before approving you for a new loan. You should only borrow what you can afford to pay back to avoid incurring further interest and charges and to avoid damaging your credit rating.

What are the lending requirements?

You must be 18 or over, a UK resident, and a minimum income of  £750 per month or more, however each lender has its own lending requirements and will assess each application on your individual circumstances. To apply you will also need a bank account that accepts direct debits and be able to provide the lender proof of your identity.
